Founder, Chief Executive

​Charles is a master Salesforce developer who has been building custom solutions on the Salesforce™ platform since 2002.  In 2008, Charles became one of the first 500 certified Salesforce professionals.  In addition to his Salesforce development expertise, Charles has a background in Artificial Intelligence research, game development, web technology development, process design, and technical project management.

Jordan Howard
Founder, Vice President

​Jordan has been designing, supporting, and implementing custom Salesforce™ solutions since 2005.  He has a diverse background, with experience in quality and customer service as well as IT. Having held many roles across many different development efforts, Jordan knows that communication and a solid blueprint are the keys to success in any software project.

David Markham
Senior Developer

David is an adaptable and skilled Salesforce developer with more than 8 years of experience.  He has a Bachelor's in Psychology, and an Master's in Cognitive and Social Processes.  David's background in building research tools for cognitive and social psychology gives him unique and valuable perspectives when it comes to designing Salesforce solutions.

Joe Sondag
Senior Developer

Joe has more than 9 years of Salesforce developer experience, as well as a Bachelor's in Mathematics.  Joe's customer focus, communication, technical skill, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the OpenWacca team.

OUR STORY

​When Charles was introduced to Salesforce over 15 years ago, he immediately recognized the groundbreaking nature of the platform.  After building custom Salesforce solutions for years, Charles and Jordan started OpenWacca to provide a level of service and expertise they just didn’t see available anywhere else.

Having felt the pain of inefficient systems, poor communication, and unrealistic expectations, we created the Design Ninja process to get consistent, excellent results for projects of any scope.  Consulting for many clients across a variety of industries has made this process, and our belief in it, much stronger.
